Julie roitman
owner / Lead dESIGNEr
Design is my passion! I was raised in a home surrounded by beautiful things. My mother was an interior designer and an avid art collector. I was inspired by her natural affinity for elegance, grace, and style. With over 20 years of experience designing, building, and remodeling both private homes and commercial spaces, I decided to launch my own full service design firm. My inherent style is simple and elegant, with a touch of glamour. I work closely with my clients to ensure their space is an accurate reflection of their personality and lifestyle. The collaborative process between my clients, their contractors, and myself allows for a result that goes beyond expectations.
I currently reside in Denver, Colorado with my husband, four children and beloved dogs. I also spend part of my time in Southern California. I have completed several projects there, from Laguna Beach to Los Angeles. I am also actively involved in the community. I previously served on the board of The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and was chairman of The Dream Gala 2 years in a row. When not designing, I can be found at the gym, playing golf, skiing or at the beach with my family.
Mari Vandenberge

A second generation native of central Denver, I was born and raised in Congress Park where I have lived my entire life. I departed for a moment to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder. My love for animals and history has deeply influenced me in my life as well as my long time intrigue with interior design and architecture.
My grandparents were early pioneers in converting a warehouse space into a sophisticated residential loft in what was ultimately to be known as LoDo. They chose a warehouse at 1940 Blake which they called home long before the development of Coor's Field. Blessed to be part of this rich, diverse cultural history, I have unique insight which enables me to better understand from where clients have come and where they would like to be.
Creative by nature, I am able to assist client’s in envisioning the potential of the dwelling that is in need of a little TLC. Clients enjoy my help in creating a picture for what they can do with a home. Frequently it is difficult to appreciate the potential of a home, and I have a unique talent to assist in that regard.
