xo FULL SERVICE interior design

Studio XO is a full-service residential design firm, located near Denver, CO. Our projects range from complete new builds to top to bottom renovations. We are committed to designing spaces that are a true reflection of the clients living in them. Our firm is available to assist in all aspects of a project from start to finish including consulting with Architects and Builders, as well as providing a custom approach to finishes and decor. We make houses into homes by transforming your house into a functional beautiful space with furniture, fabrics and accessories. We currently have projects in the Denver, Colorado metro areas, as well as Vail, Beaver Creek and Eagle Counties.

XO VIRTUAL DIY

We provide a simple, approachable way to decorate your desired space with ease. Each e-décor package is completely individualized and created to fit your style, space, and budget.

You e-mail us pictures and measurements of the room(s) to be decorated, as well as a completed design questionnaire. Once we establish the budget and direction of the design, we create a thorough design plan which includes a room concept board, space planning guide and complete shopping list.

XO STAGING

Every builder and and real estate agent knows the importance of a beautifully decorated home. Emphasizing a homes space, functionality, and features help prospective buyers to envision themselves living there. Staging a home can increase it’s value by up to 20%. Studio XO offers services that include decluttering, rearranging, or bringing in and staging furniture and decor into a home. We typically help with home staging in preparation to sell or rent a home, or sometimes to simply restyle a home. Some clients have their entire home staged, and others focus only on certain rooms. Homes can be vacant or furnished and of any size.

XO LIFESTYLE + DESIGN

For repeat clients who require an occasional touch-up. We offer hourly packages to refresh your space. Including but not limited to re-styling, staging, recommendations for art placement and accessories.
